Not sure what type of care you need?

From talk therapy to medication, there are many types of mental health treatment. Learn about your options, how to recognize signs and symptoms, the different kinds of providers and more. We’ll help you find the right care for you.

Virtual mental health providers & support tools

Virtual therapy can be more comfortable than going in person, and it can also be a faster way to get care. Not all virtual providers are available on all plans. To see if these providers are in your network, sign in to your regence.com account and go to Find care. Under Virtual care, select Find behavioral health support, then Find virtual care. Make sure you select the Remote services tab to see all your virtual providers. You can also call or chat online with Customer Service to see what’s available to you.
