ASO groups’ claims invoices will be accessible on Employer Center

We’re pleased to announce new functionality coming to Employer Center that makes life easier for ASO groups. Beginning in early February, 2025, you can access your weekly claims invoices through Employer Center, our online tool that lets you manage your enrollment, eligibility, benefits and billing.

When you log on, you’ll be able to view and download PDFs of claims invoices any time. We’ve set up a tool that also allows you to receive email invoice alerts. You can opt in or out of receiving email invoice alerts any time.

There is no change in how ASO groups receive their monthly Administrative Services invoices through Employer Center.
