To reduce paper usage and help lower administrative expenses, we’re emailing digital benefit booklets to employers beginning with Jan. 1, 2025, renewal effective dates. Benefit booklets are frequently longer than 100 pages, and delivering them via email will save on paper, printing and mailing costs.
We’ll send benefit booklets via secure email generated via Employer Center to groups that have an email address in our systems. The email will be sent from our secure Mailgate account, and the subject line will include Regence and a link to access the content. If you don’t already have secure email access, you’ll need to register (create a password and login) to access the content.
You can view and download benefit booklets and summary plan descriptions on Employer Center. You can request access to Employer Center at Employer Center Login Page (regence.com).
Employer Center offers tools to help you manage your benefits, including:
- Seeing eligibility, viewing employee effective dates, assigning benefit plans and enrolling dependents
- Ordering replacement member ID cards for employees
- Managing billing, paying and printing invoices online, viewing previous payments and invoices, and setting up AutoPay
- Accessing enrollment forms and the Group Administrator Guide
Employees can view their benefit booklets through their member account on regence.com. By creating a member account, employees and covered dependents can unlock important plan features—including finding in-network providers, estimating treatment costs, accessing personalized online tools, and getting savings and discounts on health-related products—to help them make the most of their benefits. Employees can create an account at https://account.regence.com/registration or by downloading the Regence app.
Printed benefit booklets are still available upon request through your account representative.
eBilling (paperless) invoicing available
If you would like to stop receiving paper invoices and begin receiving eBilling digital invoices, please contact your membership administrator to have paper invoicing turned off.
