Immediately after the release of the new Producer Center experience in January, we got right back to work developing more enhancements. A series of smaller Producer Center releases are planned for 2023. Scheduled release dates are:

• March 16
• May 4
• June 15
• August 3
• September 14

These releases will allow us to respond quickly to your feedback and continue improving how you manage your book of business. Examples of enhancements are a new Action Items section on the dashboard, improved Forms & Documents section and the option to order member ID cards for Individual and Medicare members. Release notes will be available so you’ll know about all the changes when they’re implemented.
